Salón de actos | c/ Zurbarán, 21| Madrid
In the frame of this Encounter, a public open call for projects had the goal of creating a participatory platform around visual arts. The platform worked as a group of interrelated actions: open call, web, profesional encounter, public project presentation. This aimed to create a net for knowledge exchange and to promote the cultural dialogue between Spain and Germany. Citizens from both countries proposed projects that promoted the colective reflexion around citizen participation.
Now, the selected artists present their projects and documentation.
